  · With in 7 to 15 days prior to client’s arrival: 25% of total cost for the stay will be charged.
  · Within 3 to 7 days prior to client’s arrival: 50% of total cost for the stay will be charged.
  · Within 24 hrs to 3 days prior to client’s arrival: 75% of total cost for the stay will be charged.
  · Less than 24 hrs and No – Shows – full cost for the stay will be charged.
  · Late check out charge (room Only): 50% of per room per night rate.
