Cancellation & No Show Policy:

• Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Cancellation with in 14 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total will be charged.
• Cancellation with in 07 days to the arrival & during stay 100 % of the total stay will be charged
• All no show bookings will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

• Maximum Occupancy:
  Deluxe Villa: 3 Adults with 1 extra bed or 2 Adults & 2 Children below 12 years with 1 extra bed.
  Water Villa: 2 Adults or 2 Adults & 01 children below 12 years.
• Child accommodation rate will be applicable if sharing with 02 adults in a double room only.
• Infants below 2 years pay government bed tax of US$ 8.00/night
• Prepayment required to confirmed booking.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Meedhupparu Island Resort, which spreads over 43 acres of land base, has a lush and thick vegetation all around and is the only resort developed on the RAA Atoll. The island has an excellent beach surrounding it, and a large lagoon area, which is ideal for water sports. It is in close proximity to excellent diving areas hitherto unexplored.
