Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and include only the services specified in the tour description. Additional costs (e.g., visas, travel insurance, personal expenses) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Changes by You: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees. Contact us at least 30 days before departure for potential modifications.

Cancellations by You: Cancellation policies vary by tour and are detailed at booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

3. Cancellations and Changes by NewStarTravel

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

NewStarTravel is not liable for additional costs (e.g., flights, accommodations) incurred due to cancellations or changes beyond our control.

4. Travel Requirements

Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, or other documents required for your travel. NewStarTravel is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Health and Safety: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your travel. Some tours may involve physical activity; ensure you are fit to participate.

Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other risks.

5. Liability

NewStarTravel acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., hotels, guides, transportation). We are not liable for their actions, omissions, or failures.

We are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party negligence.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the tour booked.

6. Traveler Conduct

You agree to comply with local laws, respect cultural norms, and follow instructions from guides or staff during tours.

NewStarTravel reserves the right to remove you from a tour without refund if your behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including tour descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of NewStarTravel LLC or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

If you have a concern during your tour, please notify your guide or contact us immediately so we can address it.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of tour completion. We will respond within 14 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dover, Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
